Dr. Ananda Devan is a visionary leader, educator, coach, and mentor with more than two decades of experience spanning government, non-profits, corporate, education, learning and development, and social enterprise sectors. He earned his PhD in Management from Universiti Kuala Lumpur under a full scholarship from the 16th King of Malaysia King Abdullah Foundation, established by His Royal Highness Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and Her Royal Highness Tengku Ampuan of Pahang, and also received a scholarship during his Master’s program from UOP International Foundation. His academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Computing (Hons) and an MSc in Education & Training Management from the University of Portsmouth (UK), complemented by executive training at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (USA) and doctoral modules in business administration at SEGi University (Malaysia). Beginning his career in UK higher education, he expanded into corporate investment, family offices, and industries including oil & gas, technology, transportation, education, and F&B, later managing Charter Schools portfolios in the United States, where he oversaw financial planning, auditing, and operations to ensure access to education for thousands of children. Deeply committed to community, he has served with Rotaract UN New York and refugee schools in Malaysia in collaboration with UNHCR, UNICEF, and the UN, driven by his belief that education must be accessible to all. In 2012, he founded SASTRA to contribute to transforming education for whom it serves and now serves as the Chair, Board Member, Core Advisory Council, guiding “The Next Chapter 2025–2035.” Onther other hand, his professional development workshops have impacted more than 2,000 learners worldwide across the UK, USA, New Zealand, Malaysia, India, Philippines, China, and beyond, empowering professionals who have since risen to senior leadership positions and continue to collaborate with him through SASTRA projects. He continues delivering the 10 Fully Sponsored Yearly Scholarships for deserving individuals across the globe who demonstrate the ability to give back as part of his personal CSR and giving back to the community. Under his stewardship, Dr. Ananda is paving the way for SASTRA’s Next Chapter 2025–2035, working alongside like-minded individuals who share the vision of education transformation and community empowerment. With chapters already established in Malaysia and expanding into the Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, China, South Korea, Japan, New Zealand, and the UK, SASTRA is positioning itself as a regional leader and global connector. Anchored in the belief that education must be equal for all and that true leadership is defined by humility, SASTRA, under his guidance, is focused on developing social entrepreneurs who can drive sustainable change, build resilient communities, and ensure that education and leadership development reach diverse populations across continents.

Dr. Teck Khong Tan is a seasoned finance and management professional with more than 30 years of experience across private companies and publicly listed firms, spanning industries such as manufacturing, IPP, trading, construction, and property development, with over a decade in C-suite leadership roles. Currently serving at Paragon Union Berhad in Malaysia, he is distinguished by multiple qualifications including FCMA, CGMA, C.A (M), ASEAN CPA, an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland (Australia), and a PhD in Management from Universiti Kuala Lumpur. His expertise covers strategic financial management, corporate governance, and organizational leadership, and he is an active member of CIMA, CGMA, and MIA. Responsible and accountable for all aspects of company finance, accounts, treasury, taxation, corporate exercises, M&A, and matters relating to corporate secretary, internal control, and governance, he upholds and promotes good corporate governance as the foundation of sustainable business performance. Since the establishment of SASTRA, he has consistently placed its mission at the forefront, demonstrating resilience and humility through both challenging and prosperous times, while strongly believing that education is a right equal for all and that true leadership is defined by humility values that continue to guide his contributions and make him a pillar of SASTRA’s vision for sustainable growth and collaborative excellence.
Prof. Dr. Shaheen Mansori is a distinguished academic and corporate trainer, currently serving as Provost (Deputy Vice-Chancellor) and Professor of Marketing and Strategic Management at Malaysia University of Science and Technology, while also holding visiting faculty positions at CBS International Business School in Germany and KEDGE Business School in France. With a PhD in Marketing from Universiti Putra Malaysia, an MBA in Multimedia Marketing, and a degree in Industrial Engineering (System Analysis & Planning), he brings a multidisciplinary foundation to his work. A certified trainer with over 15 years of experience in corporate training and consultancy, he specializes in business transformation, strategic marketing, service quality, performance management, and leadership. He has authored and co-authored more than 80 peer-reviewed journal articles, with his research widely cited internationally, and has supervised over 100 Doctorate and Master’s students. Beyond academia, Professor Mansori is recognized for integrating ESG principles, customer experience strategies, and AI-driven analytics into business transformation.
Dato’ Dr. Teh Tai Yong is a distinguished legal and business professional whose career blends deep academic achievement with extensive corporate practice. A Senior Executive Partner of his firm, he graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London, completed the Bar Vocational Course at the University of the West of England, and was called to the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn as a Barrister-at-Law in England and Wales before being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He further earned an LL.M from the University of Malaya, specializing in company law, securities regulation, land law, intellectual property, and ICT laws, and completed a DBA at SEGI University. With expertise spanning corporate and commercial law, real estate, strata management, banking, data protection, IT and IP law, he has acted for major property developers such as S P Setia, EcoWorld, IOI Properties, and listed corporations including Top Glove Berhad, while also serving as a registered trademark, patent, and industrial design agent. His influence extends internationally as Visiting Associate Professor at SWUPL and Hainan University, a sought-after speaker at conferences across Malaysia, China, and ASEAN, and a published author in leading journals and media outlets. Currently Vice President of the China-ASEAN Legal Cooperation Center, National Vice President of PUMM, and Legal Bureau member of MCCC, he also serves as Arbitrator in Hainan and Nanning International Arbitration Courts. Recognized with prestigious awards, including TOYM, MIYE, McMillan Woods Global Awards, and Outstanding Alumni Award of ATC Law School, Dato’ Dr. Teh Tai Yong exemplifies entrepreneurial spirit, academic rigor, and leadership in advancing legal practice and cross-border cooperation.
